MAI Mobile

Considerando o objetivo do MAI de se posicionar na vanguarda da tecnologia e melhorar o relacionamento com o cidadão, avançou-se no sentido de efetuar a evolução tecnológica da disponibilização de serviços do MAI, numa plataforma mobile, para que os mesmos estejam acessíveis de forma permanente ao cidadão.

Serviços disponíveis no maiMobile:

● Localização das Forças e Serviços de Segurança do MAI (GNR e PSP).

● Programa Estou Aqui Crianças - O Programa Estou Aqui! (EA) consiste numa parceria entre a Polícia de Segurança Pública, a Fundação PT, a RFM e a SGMAI que visa a distribuição gratuita de pulseiras EA, com o objetivo de facilitar e agilizar a localização dos educadores e/ou pais de crianças perdidas neste período de verão. Pioneiro em Portugal, o EA está, assim, desenhado para que os pais aumentem as probabilidades da identificação dos seus filhos, posicionando-se como uma solução eficaz e expedita em caso de desaparecimento. O EA é uma ajuda suplementar e não deve nem pode substituir-se à responsabilidade que os pais e encarregados de educação deverão naturalmente assumir.

● Programa Estou Aqui Adultos - A Polícia de Segurança Pública tem por missão constitucional e legal defender a legalidade democrática e garantir a segurança interna e os direitos dos cidadãos, garantindo designadamente as condições de segurança que permitam o exercício dos direitos e liberdades e o respeito pelas garantias dos cidadãos, bem como garantir a ordem e a tranquilidade públicas e a segurança e a proteção das pessoas e bens. No âmbito da sua missão e de acordo com a visão existente, a PSP identifica a necessidade de garantir a segurança de adultos que, pelas mais variadas razões, podem sofrer alguma desorientação na via pública, no sentido de colmatar essa vulnerabilidade. O programa Estou Aqui Adultos foi pensado para proteger e dar apoio a quaisquer adultos que possam vir a ser encontrados na via pública em estado de especial vulnerabilidade, permitindo a sua correta identificação e o contato célere com um familiar. O primeiro contato é muitas vezes crítico e a urgência com que a pessoa é identificada, pode fazer toda a diferença, sendo dever da Polícia procurar todas as alternativas para que esse processo seja rápido, simples e seguro.

● Verão Seguro - O MAI, em conjunto com as Forças de Segurança pretende que, sem se deslocarem aos postos e esquadras da GNR ou da PSP, os cidadãos possam formular e enviar, via Internet, os pedidos de vigilância das suas residências, por ocasião do gozo do seu período de férias, endereçado à Força de Segurança com jurisdição na sua área de residência. Esta iniciativa foi alvo de um upgrade a nível tecnológico, de design e usabilidade em 2015. Este ano foi dada a possibilidade ao cidadão de incluir no pedido “Informações adicionais” de modo a que seja possível o cidadão partilhar com as forças de segurança informações relevantes no âmbito da vigilância.

● SMS Reboques - Esta medida permite ao cidadão conhecer a localização da sua viatura após reboque da mesma, qualquer que seja o parque de recolha e independentemente da força de segurança, polícia municipal ou empresas municipais que tenham efetuado o reboque. Mediante o envio de um único SMS, o serviço SMS Reboques informa o cidadão sobre a localização do parque onde se encontra a viatura rebocada por estacionamento de forma irregular, abusivo ou proibido. O SMS Reboques foi implementado no âmbito do programa Simplex, e encontra-se atualmente em funcionamento nos seguintes locais: Lisboa, Porto, Oeiras.

● Recenseamento Eleitoral - Pesquisa do local de voto.

Considering the purpose of the MAI to be at the forefront of technology and improve relationships with citizens, progress was made in order to make the technological evolution of the availability of MAI services on a mobile platform, so that they are accessible permanently the citizen.

Services at maiMobile:

● Location of the forces and Mai Security Services (GNR and PSP).

● I'm here Children program - The program I'm Here! (EA) is a partnership between the Public Security Police, the PT Foundation, RFM and SGMAI which aims to free distribution of EA bracelets, in order to facilitate and expedite the location of educators and / or parents of children lost in this summer period. A pioneer in Portugal, EA is therefore designed for parents to increase the odds of identifying their children, positioning itself as an effective and expeditious solution in case of disappearance. The EA is an additional aid and must not and can not substitute for the responsibility that parents and guardians should naturally assume.

● I'm Here Adults Program - The Public Security Police has the constitutional and legal mission of defending democratic legality, protecting internal security and the rights of citizens, by ensuring the security conditions that allow the exercise of rights and freedoms and respect for guarantees of citizens and ensure public order and peace and security and protection of persons and property. As part of its mission and in accordance with the existing view, the PSP identifies the need to ensure the safety of adults who, for various reasons, can experience some disorientation in the street, to bridge this vulnerability. The program I'm Here Adults was thought to protect and support any adults who might be found in the street in a state of special vulnerability, allowing its correct identification and rapid contact with a family member. The first contact is often critical and the urgency with which the person is identified, it can make all the difference, and the duty of the police search all alternatives for this process to be fast, simple and secure.

● Safe Summer - The MAI, together with the security forces want without travel to the stations and stations of the GNR or PSP, citizens can formulate and send via the Internet, surveillance requests from their home, at the enjoyment of your vacation, addressed to the Security Force with jurisdiction in your area. This initiative was the subject of an upgrade in technology, design and usability in 2015. This year was given the opportunity to citizens to include in the request "additional information" so that citizens share with the information relevant security forces is possible the surveillance.

● SMS Trailer - This measure allows the citizen to know the location of your car after towing the same, whatever the park collection and regardless of the security force, municipal police or municipal companies that have made the trailer. By sending a single SMS, SMS Trailer service informs citizens about the location of the park where the vehicle towed for parking erratically, abusive or prohibited. SMS trailer was implemented under the Simplex program, and is currently up and running in the following locations: Lisbon, Porto, Oeiras.
